Good morning y'all! I have stayed @ the same weight for the last 3 days! Kinda frustrating, but I am thrilled that I did not gain over the weekend! We went to a party @ a friend's house on Sat. night & there was lots of temptation there! I made sure not to eat much during the day so that I could save my calories for the party! Good thing I did, b/c I ate almost 1000 calories that night! Again, I thank God that I didn't gain! ;) Then yesterday, I tried a chicken taco salad @ one of our favorite restaurants. It was delicious! I did not eat the shell - very tempting, but I resisted! ;)
Exercise is going good these days! I got in 622 minutes of exercise this last week! This week it will be harder to fit it in since I am preparing for my mission trip. I will do my best though! Wish me luck!
