Down the scale goes. Haven't had time for exercising because of school and getting ready for NM, so just been walking the dogs and watching what I eat. I've been hungry at night, but don't have anything in the house to snack on and so I've just tried drinking water. not overly hungry to where I should have eaten more in the day, more that I'm up later than normal b/c of homework.
