I'm having a hard time understanding lifes evolutionary cycle...why do people expect more of someone else than they do of themselves? I understand that life has some difficult decisions but when you make those decisions you also own the consequences to those decisions. Is this not what everyone was taught back in grade school? Then why as adults, has this become something "new"?
I own my weight and the issues I have with it, I certainly don't mean to point fingers...but this week people really have dragged me down...and it shows in the scale! Thankfully it didn't go up, but rather stayed the same. The silver lining in all of this weeks issues!
