Im restarting my diet - beginning first thing tomorrow morning. I made myself a menu, where I'll comsume no more than 300 calories per meal, eating 5 small meals a day. I hear that this is a great way too keep your metabolism working and it is also one of the only things that I have no tried yet. So we'll see how it work! *crosses fingers* Im also going to premeasure all my meals for the week this evening so there will be little effort to prepare the food. This will hopefully help me so I dont eat higher calorie foods simply because its more convienent. I love being motivated!!
