Baseball game last night and watched the Omaha Royals and had too many diet cokes and for some reason that makesme gain a little bit. .4 of a pound so that is just water weight or what ever. I am going to work extra hard and get this weight down below the 180 mark petty quickly as I know I can do it. Just eat less, hard concept for me to get through my head.
