I am shocked that I lost anything at all being that I totally fell off the Phase One Wagon this weekend. I think I might need to stretch Phase One for another week. If I can handle it.
69,9 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 5,0 kg.    Aún para ir: 8,6 kg.    Dieta seguida: Poco.

If you can handle it, stretch it out but 11 pounds already is pretty darned good IMHO. Some people go on Phase 1 for a month (there is a *very* fine line between Phase 1 and 2 howevver, depending on how many and how often Phase 2 foods are introduced). Keep up the good work Jessica!

We all have to play around with our diets to see what our bodies will or will not tolerate. Just keep a close eye on it, as you don't have all that much to lose. If you can lose the sugar, you'll probably see faster results, though.
