Lost weight and feeling better! Did great with careful planning on meals, increasing water and cutting out soda and sweet tea. Had a cheat day, Monday, ate a brownie 🤫 and splurged out for bday dinner with a friend. (2 buttered croissants, rice, mashed potatoes, painkiller drink 😵) but still managed to drop s couple of pounds. This week, goal to up the ante with exercise and do some strength training.
