I'm still trying to loose but steady as she goes, no gain, no pain, at a stalemate with myself. In a stalemate you don't win but you don't lose either. This would be totally true for me but by me being overweigh I'm already in a losing situation.
So even though I haven't gained weigh, which is good, by me not loosing, I'm still loosing. So I think I just need to prepare, and plan myself, which I'm not doing, I'm winging it and that is just not working for me.
I have to utilize the WW plan!
