uncontrolled asthma has prevented me from exercising for months. I am stabilizing and am back to by home exercise program. Hopefully I can get back to the gym and my class soon.

Good luck. I have asthma as well. Not really bad but kicks in in colds and when I am sick so lately I have been feeling it since both things happened. All I can do is wait. Hope you get back to your gym soon!!!
