Well im not dieting yet but i thought that i would leave an update. Jon is still leaving and im getting really depressed. I think he will be leaving in the beginning of July. As for my eating its a Atkins nightmare LOL- I just cant eat right when my life is in turmoil. I know im weak. Im thinking that when i do jump back on the bandwagon that im going to start with Slimfast and see how that goes and then maybe go back to SB. About two years ago i lost alot of weight drinking Slimfast. The hard part about SB is that it requires alot of cooking and i really dont have the time for all that. We will see. I hope everything is going great with you all.
