New schedule forces me to eat small meals every 3-4 hours or so. This is great for my diet since I only have 15 minutes to eat, I can't OVEREAT. However, I still blow it on the weekends. Not too bad this past weekend though. Went out for dinner and had baked fish, no cocktails and no dessert.
122,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 4,2 kg.    Aún para ir: 56,7 kg.    Dieta seguida: Poco.
Perdiendo 0,2 kg a la Semana
