Yesterday, I followed my diet great for breakfast and lunch. But,I had chicken tacos for dinner that probably had more calories than I would have liked. And of course I had to have a little bit of cake because its in the fridge and I couldn't help it!! But, I walked at lunchtime for 30 minutes and did Jillian Michael's 30 day shred workout.
