WOW. Can't believe I still lost weight while at home!! Under the 200lb mark now, and committed once again to my healthy eating and exercise plan. Woot!
90,2 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 25,5 kg.    Aún para ir: 17,6 kg.    Dieta seguida: Poco.

Drakkie, I'm not quite sure to be honest...I went over my calorie limit for a few days straight while on vacation, so logically I should not have lost. Oh well, I'm certainly not complaining haha! :D My overall plan is 1200-1400 calories a day, with at least half an hour of exercise a day (usually just powerwalking on treadmill, up to an hour of that) and some beginning weight lifting at home with dumbbells.
