I don't know about you but I finally got tried of ......starting over all the time ... that is when I went totally low carb and have loved it.....way more energy.. a horrible year of chemo and bone marrow transplant but I made it and feel so much better now.. so hang on......and keep to your way of eating......not.....there way..
