Your goal is not to loose wait! Others need to loose weight. If I ate some of the meals you are eating my scale would be climbing.
I’m jealous your body process food so effectively and you can maintain. Unfortunately my body’s is a little sluggish when processing food especially starches and therefore I started my journey on 1200 calories, and lost like a champion, then was advised on forum to increase to 1800 which I only increase to 1600 and I’ve had a pretty sluggish loss rate.
I wasn’t weak or tired eating 1200. So maybe that’s a reason why some people eat so little.
