Don't be boo-hoo ing the one pound. I'd be thrilled to see even a .2 right now. Keep up the good work. You are right on track!

Thank you all for the words of encouragement. I know I should be grateful for what I am losing. I’ve gotten lazy, really since my shoulder replacement (10-26-18). Not consistently documenting what I’m eating. Not consistently exercising. Well, I couldn’t exercise for a long while because of the surgery. After Christmas.... I’m a hardcore calorie watcher again with daily exercise. BOO YAAAA!!👊🏼 Y’all have a great Christmas next week!🎄❤️
