Body was screaming yesterday. Eating properly, but suddenly my body was screaming at me. Felt positively ill. Ate a Caramilk bar and a roll of sweettarts. When I felt my heart rate accelerate, I went to bed... 3pm, and slept for 3 hours. Got up and pigged out on, burger, sausage and sugar crisp. Are probably 4000 calories. Weight's the same. Go figure.
