I am so excited I have started a new exercise routine, high intensity interval training (HIIT). I can get more fat burn from this in 20 minutes than an hour of cardio. Very exhausting but worth it. I am planning to do this twice a week. Intensive weight training 2-3 times. Bicycle outside as weather permits.
