It's winter, first time I've had a cold in over 4 years! It was a nasty one, still have a bit of it left. I did not feel like moving around at all. This morning, would be the first morning of a week where I did not wake up trying to breath because of the back up of phlegm! I know gross, but if you get this I recommend Dristan and the orange fluid multivitamin and oregano oil (if it doesn't send you into coughing fits.) I tried natural teas but this one was brutal and needed modern medicine to combat. I survived lol
