Diario de Tayschrenn, 30 nov. 18

Another month, another doctors visit and much to my surprise the weight loss continues. It's not that I've 'had a cheat day' or anything like that, I've not done that once since starting on this journey but every day I'm doubting that it's actually working until I step onto the Dr's scales. I guess it's easy being negative after being this way for so long.
