“Effort will never betray you.” Fell off for awhile with counting, but I’m planning on using December as a head start for the new year. Hopefully I’ll weigh in at 138 on or near Christmas! I’m also focusing less on cardio and more on strength training so weight may or may not reflect a significant change. Love <3
