Been stuck! I need to start logging my food again, that really helped me so much. I've lost motivation, been doing this now for a year! But, I've lost 50 lbs. I'm glad I haven't lost it too quickly, so I hope not to gain it back. Have gone from a 22 to a 14/15. Looking for a 10 or 12 though.
