Day 12 of Vegan, Day 6 of Shred. Was really hungry yesterday and I went way over on calorie count - hoping it will work out because it was healthy food - weight up today - need to really keep an eye on calories today! Supposed to go out with an old friend that I fell out with 3 years ago - half looking forward to it and half dreading it.
