Today's weight is 306.4 lbs even though I had a payday and 2 poptarts. I kept feeling sick at work so I kept going to the vending machine and grabbing stuff. Total calorie intake was like 1048 calories so that still equals weight loss. Every time I have eggs over easy it gives me upset stomach. heck if I know why, let's google it. An allergy? and I thought it just happened to everyone. It never happens when they are scrambled, weird huh... hrmmm... I figure I can live with a little upset stomach every now and again.
