Not too bad this week down about a pound. Had a good time this weekend, went to Charlotte NC for a conference for embroidery and other imprintables. It was really fun and I saw alot of new products that I wish I could afford.
I didnt stick to my diet on Saturday but I will this week. It was a good week other than that.
