9 st 2.8 lbs Fat machine 22.2% No WW because we forgot! Shocking behaviour! Things have gone a bit pink again on my fitbit tracker, oops, so I'm lucky to get away with a stay the same this week. Haven't been very active either, which makes excessive activity last week pointless overall if you then slow down for a week to recover! Best to stick with little and often I think 😃
