Not doing well today. Trying to stay positive. Whole cable system went out yesterday so I didn’t get to go to dance class... it was my favorite class. Trying to stay calm & quiet. Cable tech can’t come till tomorrow so it will be challenge with mom while trying to work. She gets very anxious. Weight actually went down then back up. Cutting out wine for awhile so I had my first sweet craving in awhile last night & had some ice cream. Just trying to get through day. Thanks FS
