This was a better week, I was on track better and was able to lose the weight I had put on last week. I did have some difficulty on Friday and Sat as I had an embroidery class those days and they provided lunch. All Carbs...they even had bbq sauce in the pulled pork. Most of the ladies there were on weight watchers and I brought my own food on Sat. No salad in sight there! I did have a good time and made the projects below, the one on the left is a wallet with a zipper and the one on the right is a needle case holder. Also a cute lady bug to hold chapstick but I think it would fall out! LOL

This week should be much better but on Friday and Sat I'm going to NC for a big show for embroidery and imprintables for business owners. Should be a lot of fun but I worry about being away from home on my diet. I will just have to be careful and not cheat!
