we had 3 days away at the start of the week and whilst I appreciate that I ate and drank a bit more to come home 4 lbs heavier was disappointing. I nearly gave up but have gone straight back to calorie counting and the damage this morning isn't too bad.Still aiming for 140 lbs.Have a good week everyone.
