I knew the rapid loss would slow as I got smaller (because my gain had been so rapid and extreme), but I didn't expect a wall like this, but I'm not disappointed, I'm still making progress, even if it is just a tiny bit by comparison, and it's been ahrder to stick to my calorie limit now that it's the lowest it's been in some time
