Last week I didn't open this app at all, not to track, not to chit chat, I just was overwhelmed with everything going on that I totally forgot to log my food and SURPRISE!!! I've gained weight ☹️ Ok this week's plan is that I'm going to track everything cuz that obviously works...duh! LOL & I'm thinking of preplanning my meals on here the night before,that way I won't struggle at meal time. I'm also sticking with the Intermittent Fasting, 16/8. I find it helps with digestion and I overall feel good. 😁👍💕
