So i fell off the wagon for most of may, and it sure is frusturating that i would probably be very close to my goal weight about now if i just stayed focused on how good i felt, and how much more confident i was. it showed in every aspect of my life and now i am back to square one..i guess its never to late to start over again.

58,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 2,7 kg.    Aún para ir: 6,4 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
