Okay. That's interesting. My bounce is the lowest it's ever been. Could it be that present ketones at the time of carb consumption have kept it in check and that my bounces are as much inflammation as carbs loading me with water? Hmmm. Going back to ketosis for the time being... Until going to see dad.
