I have been swamped lately with end of the semester projects, but after next weekend I will free and clear to focus on myself and my weight goals for at least 3 weeks before summer semester starts!!! I have been doing great on my exercises, just getting side tracked on my food, portion sizes and calorie counts.....I just seem to like food that is high in calories. But Good News!!! I can finally eat fish again!!! The hubby started fishing this year and decided we were not going to eat fish until he caught some, well he finally caught some so I can eat fish again, Thankfully!!!!
