Finally cracked my mini-challenge,to go under 150lbs.It's taken a while and I've suprised myself by staying with it, give or take the occasional time when I've been out and had pudding and wine.But hey that's life and I am slowly coming round to realising that treats now and then won't hurt.Have a good week everyone.
