well I was away, meeting my new grandson, I guess I'm ok with gaining a little bit, I'm working on getting rid of it, I seem to be hovering, around the same weight.
I wish I had the will power to start over again, so I can lose the extra 7 kilos just to have that lee way, but I think my body just doesn't want to know. I think I will be happy as long as I keep on hovering around this weight.
Does this sound like a cop out??
