8 st 13.9 lbs Fat 21.9% (1 on at WW Thurs) Well there's a thing I thought I'd never write! My original goal was 9-13, so I could say I was "9st something" and then my final goal was 9-6 so I was about 9.5 dressed. But with the stress lately, even with eating the rubbish I have been, my weight has continued creeping downward, unintentionally, but I never thought I'd see myself weighing 8st anything - even if it is only under by an ounce 😂 But it's not my aim to stay this low - someone has already told me I look too thin - but it is a buzz to write it just this one day!
