i’m eating way healthier never past 8pm, i make sure i exercise everyday for at least 30 mins. why isn’t the weight coming off? what am i doing wrong ? someone pls help me

When I starting out, a long time ago; I had a lot of misconceptions about eating. I thought eating low fat was healthy, and that I would lose weight if I just avoided fatty food. But if I eat twice as much healthy food as I need; I'm still going to gain weight. Can you explain what you mean by "eating way healthier"? Also how long have you been at it?

It depends on how many carbs and fats you’re consuming as well as you can exercise a lot but diet needs to be balanced- for me it’s low carb under 100 grams a day and low fat under 20 a day and if I follow this with my diet counter here and do my exercise I will loose. If I go up on my carbs I gain but it’s water weight. How many calories are you consuming daily? You need to burn more than you take in too and you’ll loose.

i’m consuming just under 1800 calories a day But by eating healthier i mean like eat salad every meal with fish or grilled chicken and for breakfast i usually have kashi go lean cereal with silk soya milk and maybe a banana

1800 calories is too high for only exercising 30 min a day unless you are burning 400-700 calories doing it. Watch your fat intake as well and you’ll be golden! Please don’t be scared of carbs they are so good for you as long as they are healthy ones. Good luck hope that helps!

I took a look at your weight history; and you are losing weight; so I think you're on the right track. It sounds like you were expecting to lose weight faster than you're sering on the scale? Is that right? If so scales can be very misleading and cause a lot of people frustration, especially when starting out. In my case I've had instances where my weight remains flate for weeks; and then there's a sudden drop of 4 or 5 pounds. So try to find other ways to monitor progress. Keep it up and you'll see results, the svale reading will catch up. :) Another possibility is that you're building muscle while losing fat, which happens when you start out

keep doing what you are doing. You are doing nothing wrong. If you feel like you are doing the right thing then you are. Dont give up your body is probably fighting the change. dont let it win. maybe try méditation and positive self talk.
