I know, I keep bouncing but trying to figure out what works for me. What works is Net Carbs under 30 and lots of protein so that is kind of the Atkins Diet. (sigh)

It's hard to find the "perfect" plan,isn't it? I,like you, have tried different approaches,but, find Atkins has worked best so far. I feel better and I have lost better. I thought,at first, that it would be difficult and that I couldn't possibly do it! The best thing I ever did was to find this site! The support and information found here have made this the best weight loss experience of my life! I know you are going to be successful! If ever I can help you in any way,please let me know!
