So still just sticking to my guns, counting my calories and getting in my exercises. I am getting better at recognizing when I am full and then just stopping eating, not finishing what is on my plate or what was intended to be for me. Best of luck to all this weekend!!!

I LOVE the Wii too!! Boxing is soooooo much harder than I thought it would be! With arm weights it is a fantasic workout. Do you have the New Wii fit? the one that comes out this May? It has a platform that hooks up to the system....I saw there is some forsale on ebay that are coming from somewhere in asia. Not sure though if they are real or what. For now the boxing is getting my workout. I noticed that when I stopped eating when I was full I had quite a bit of food on my plate....No wonder I gained and gained over the years. I was eating way too much food. You are doing fantastic things. Have a great weekend. Congrats on the loss!!
