Had no time to take my keto reading as I had a gym class to attend. Anyway measured at Midday to get 0.6 mmol which is a disappointing result. Will measure tomorrow.
89,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 64,6 kg.    Aún para ir: 2,5 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Hi Keith, I was measuring blood ketones which measure level of ketosis my body is in. Helps to see which foods affect body or increase insulin to the level of slowing done ketosis. I used to measure this initially 3-5 times a day but as you learn it becomes 3-5 times a month unless I am specifically testing a theory.
