very Earlly this morning or should I say night at 1:30 in the morning had a food breakdown I ate some unhealthy things with sugars :( . I counted them in my calorie intake for today so I don't have much left I can eat today , will have to eat salade ect...something really low in calories …..
83,9 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 6,9 kg.    Aún para ir: 2,3 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Try to keep anything you shouldn’t eat out of the house, so when you get hungry you can snack on something healthy like fruit or yogurt, cucumber, carrots maybe some cheese and turkey meat? Today is a new day so focus on healthy and low calorie choices. Good luck 😉
