I’m really upset I gained this week. I fell off the wagon but this week I was back on. I feel really discouraged and bad about my self. I thought I was eating so good, I was satisfied hunger wise. I did workout at more of the beginning of the week but it was still (I thought) at a calorie deficit.
66,0 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 1,1 kg.    Aún para ir: 7,1 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
