Realizing and admitting we ‘made a mistake’ is hard. Good for you! You can do this! Honestly I think we all fall off the wagon occasionally.
For the cake you could look up a similar recipe online or a bakers website and enter in those numbers. For the recipe you would need to log individual ingredients or make a ‘meal’ and log however much you ate. That’s what I do when I eat somewhere that I have no idea of the nutritional value. I try to avoid it but sometimes we just can’t. Icing would be the hard part unless you know of it was say butter cream or another type. I tend to go with the moderate option on here or the high one.
