My opinion, the easy part is to loose weight, the chalenge is to maintain after you reach your goal.
81,2 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 10,4 kg.    Aún para ir: 1,2 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

I have been maintaining, even picked up some weight, but I train hard and what I look like is more important than what I weigh. I do however get on the scale weekly to make sure I'm still in the ball park! Good luck!
