Really need to get back to it. I let myself have things and I gain. I am NOT the type that can have it. It's an all or nothing. Treats can only be very small and few. I have to learn a treat isn't sugar it has to be a non food. People that can are lucky but not everyone is that way. I know 80/20 I need more like 98/2.
