I weighed and tracked everything I ate last week and on Friday my weight was exactly what it was the Friday before, which is ok. On Sat though, I went out to dinner and lo and behold I am now 1.5 lbs heavier!wine, bread and pudding .It's not the end of the world just a tad irritating. Yesterday my sweet tooth kicked in, probably due to the peach melba I ate on Sat night, I had a 99 from the ice cream man, 2 freddos that were in the fridge for my grandaughters' treat, and a small piece of lemon drizzle cake . I tracked it all though and was just 200 calories over my limit. I am glad I did that as I was all set to go to the shop and buy more chocolate, I didn't and this morning I am pleased I didn't. It enforces to me the fact that sugar is addictive-and I am afraid I am greedy and am too tempted, hence we do not have biscuits etc in the house. Have a good week everyone.
