You realise that you have a problem. So many wonen struggle with this. It takes a huge amount of courage to own this. Never mind making it public. There is absolutely no need to feel ashamed. Just like a gambler, alcohol, sex or drug addict, you have taken that first important step. Hope you can find a happy way forward :)
