I've been weighing myself every day for the past 3 weeks-fascinating.I thought that the weight would drop evenly over time but for me it has gone up and down over the week like a yoyo.Overall through sticking to 1300-1400 calories a day I have lost a little for each of the 3 weeks. Hope everyone has had a good weekend -another week begins!
