9 st 4 lb Fat 22.7% (4.5 off at WW Thurs which I got told off for - fair enough - but I still got my 25 lb certificate, and since it made me back down to my original max weight loss, I also got the 50lb magnet which wasn't a thing back when I achieved it before!) But basically I've had a horribly upsetting and stressful week and have felt just too sick - probably first time ever I haven't just comfort eaten my way through stress but I don't want to speak too soon!
